Ok, here they are; the seven habits of highly successful people. Put it on your resume, make it sound like you went to a class of some sort. There is no way to prove it or not. The worst that can happen is that you get the job you were after. Besides, HR eats this shit up.
Habit 1 - Be Proactive
taking charge and responsibility for you life
Habit 2 - Begin With the End in Mind
clarify your life goals - or living by design and not by default
Habit 3 - Put First Things First
take control and create and clarify our vision for our lives (
try to spend more time working on problem prevention; relationship building; recognizing new opportunities; planning; recreation)
Habit 4 - Think Win/Win
it's a frame of mind, a way of thinking,
see life as a cooperative, not as a competive arena, it's the belief of
it's not your way or my way; it's a better way, a higher way
Habit 5, part 1 - Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood
listen, really listen to people, try to get inside their frame of reference
Habit 6 - Synergize
this is when differing viewpoints collide and produce new alternatives that weren't there before; synergy catalyzes, unifies and unleashes the greatest powers within people; simply defined, it means the whole is much greater than the sum of its parts; most people never, ever accomplish this
Habit 7 - Sharpen the Saw
take care of yourself and the you through:
the physical - exercise, nutrition, stress management
the mental - reading, writing, visualizing, planning
the social/emotional - service, empathy, synergy
the spiritual - value clarification, commitment, study, meditation
